Submitting documents for identity verification

As a part of your account setup, you may be asked to submit additional information. If we need more info, we will send an email asking you to verify your identity. 

To submit additional documents:

  1. Log into your Bumped account. On the home screen, you’ll see an “Attention Needed Please” section. Tap “Respond Now” to begin the process. 
  2. On the first screen, you’ll be shown which documents we need from you. 
  3. Next, you’ll be prompted to upload images of the documents or ID required. 
  4. Finally, you’ll confirm that the documents uploaded are correct. 

That’s it! Once you’ve completed this process, we’ll review your documentation and process your account application.
Please note: We may ask for additional information if needed.
